Hong Kong Disneyland

Upon opening in 2005, Hong Kong Disneyland was the smallest Magic Kingdom-style park in the world. Long thought to be the black sheep of the lot, the park has since grown into its own, with attractions like the highly regarded Mystic Manor and the incredibly well-themed Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars. While it doesn’t have a lot of attractions, it makes up for it in charm. Its new Castle of Magical Dreams is accentuated by the jungle mountains of Lantau Island right behind it, giving the park an almost dream-like feel. The entertainment in the park is top-notch as well, with two of the best stage shows in any Disney park calling Hong Kong home, as well as a nighttime spectacular that rivals those currently in Magic Kingdom and Disneyland.
