Disneyland and Walt Disney World price increases quietly went into effect today. Disneyland and Walt Disney World predictably increase their respective prices every October, so the question is not if they will increase, but rather how much they will increase their prices. Overall, there was only one real surprise to the announcement, with the rest of the price increases being pretty predictable. Let’s go through them!

Disneyland and Walt Disney World Price Increases
Disneyland Price Increases

From Scott Gustin
One-Day Tickets
One-Day tickets increased in price from as little as $3 to as much as $18 dollars. The Tier 0 ticket, the lowest tier, did not change in price, while Tier 1 increased by $3 to $129, Tier 2 by $7 to $149, Tier 3 by $5 to $169, Tier 4 by $4 to $184, Tier 5 by $3 to $199, and Tier 6 by $18 to $224. It should be noted, however, that the number of Tier 0 days available on the calendar increased to 46 days from September 2025 to April 2026. This is an increase from the 26 days that there were in the same period last year.
Magic Keys
This is where the big surprise came from. Inspire, the highest tiered key, went up in price by $150 to $1,899. The Believe Key also increased in price by $100 to $1,474. But the biggest surprise was that the Enchant and the Imagine keys did not increase in price at all! They will remain the same for at least the next year. This is great news for passholders utilizing those keys as this is the first time since the Magic Keys were introduced that they did not increase in price. So it seems Disney is listening to some of the feedback its fans have been giving them.
Parking and Lightning Lane
Pre-arrival Lightning Lane Multi Pass increased in price by $2 to $34. All standard parking also increased by $5 dollars across the board. This means parking is now at $40 for regular vehicles.
Reaction
I’m glad Disney is at least listening to its guests. Not increasing the price of the lowest two magic keys and designating more days as Tier 0 is a step in the right direction. I still think free parking should be extended to the Believe Keyholders, especially if they’re paying that much for their keys. But like I said, this is a step in the right direction and I hope Disney continues to make changes that benefit its guests.
Walt Disney World Price Increases
1-Day Tickets
The peak 1-Day ticket has now increased from $199 a day to $209 a day. This is the first time the price of a one-day ticket has exceeded $200. Take note that this is the highest tiered ticket, not the lowest. So you’ll only be paying this if you decide to go for just 1 day and that day is Christmas or New Year and the surrounding days. It won’t affect most parkgoers who decide to travel on off-peak times.
Annual Passes

From Scott Gustin
Unlike the Magic Keys, every annual pass tier for Walt Disney World has increased in price, although the increase is a lot less than those of the Magic Keys. Annual passes have increased from $20 to $8o dollars. The Pixie Dust Pass has gone up $20 to $489, the Pirate Pass is up $40 to $869, the Sorcerer Pass is up $20 to $1,099, and the Incredi-Pass is up $80 to $1,629.
Parking and Lightning Lane
Standard theme park parking has also increased from $30 to $35. The peak price for Lightning Lane Multi Pass has also gone up to $45 per person per day, up from the previous high of $39.
Reaction
Again, Disney is listening to their guests with this. Price increases aren’t too steep, and price for lower tickets remains small as well. It’s unfortunate that Walt Disney World has a one-day ticket price above $200, but they honestly could have increased it by more than that. I still think prices should trend downward, but if they’re going to increase them then this is the best case scenario. Still advocating for lower prices on the whole though!
Disneyland and Walt Disney World Price Increases Conclusion
This is gonna hurt everyone’s wallet, so I hope Disney steps up and introduces groundbreaking attractions to justify these increases. Because if we’re in for a bunch of attractions with the same level of quality as Web Slingers, these prices will stop becoming justifiable.
