Believe it or not, there are actually many different ways you can store your bags at the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Klook.comHong Kong Disneyland Luggage Storage Overview

There are three ways to store your bags and luggages at Hong Kong Disneyland: at the Hong Kong Disneyland hotels, on Park Promenade at the Luggage Valet, and in the park at the locker area on Main Street USA. As mentioned, each specific luggage and baggage storage option is unique. For example, you won’t be able to store large luggages inside the park as the lockers in the park can only accommodate bags the size of backpacks and purses.
Some of these options will require you to pay a fee, and there are services that only guests with Hong Kong Disneyland hotel reservations can use. In the next sections I will go over each of the three options so you can best decide which option is right for you.

If you’re staying at any of the three Hong Kong Disneyland hotels, then you can make use of each hotel’s luggage storage service! If you arrive before check-in, the three Hong Kong Disneyland hotels will allow you to store your luggage at the hotel. After leaving your luggage with bell services, they will give you a receipt which you can give to reception when checking in to have your bags sent to your room. This means you can enjoy the park without worrying about lugging your bags to your room!
On the flip side, the Hong Kong Disneyland hotels will allow you to store your luggage at bell services after you’ve checked out. Simply bring your bags to the luggage storage area of your hotel and hand them over to the cast members working there. They will give you a stub which you can use to claim your items later in the day. It goes without saying but do not lose this stub!
This service can only be used by guests who have a reservation at any of the three Hong Kong Disneyland hotels and can only be used at the hotel you have a reservation for. This service is also free of charge and can only be used on check-in day and check-out day.

If you’re coming from the city or the airport and want to visit Hong Kong Disneyland but have nowhere to store your large luggages, then the Park Promenade Luggage Valet may be for you! Located steps away from the Hong Kong Disneyland MTR station, the Park Promenade Luggage Valet accepts luggages of any size for a flat fee of HK$150 per piece.
I would recommend getting here early as I have seen the line for this balloon around park opening time. It’s a pretty popular service so if you want to be able to maximize your time at the park then definitely get there early to be sure that your luggage is stored before the wave of crowds come to use the service.

If you are checking in at any of the Hong Kong Disneyland hotels on the day of your visit, you may use the Luggage Transfer Service offered by the Park Promenade Luggage Valet. For $150 per piece, the Luggage Valet will deliver your luggages from the Park Promenade Luggage Valet to your Hong Kong Disneyland hotel. Do take note that this service is only available from 8:30am to 2pm. You can still store your bags at the Luggage Valet after 2pm, but they won’t be able to take your bags to your Hong Kong Disneyland hotel. You must claim them and have them transferred to your hotel yourself.
If you use the Luggage Valet, you must claim your luggage on the same day. Failure to do so will result in you needing to call Lost and Found to retrieve your luggages. Do not leave any valuables in your luggages as well.
Klook.comHong Kong Disneyland Lockers

Inside the park are lockers that you can rent if you need to store things while in the park. The lockers are located on Main Street near the front of the park by City Hall. If you decide to rent a locker, that particular locker is yours for the entire day. You’ll have unlimited access to them during regular park hours.
Dimensions of the lockers are 45 cm x 35 cm x 43 cm or 18 inches x 14 inches x 17 inches. Each locker also costs HK$150. To rent a locker, head to any of the touchscreens located inside the locker area. It’ll ask you to select a language and then will ask you to choose which kind of locker to rent. Unlike in the US parks, Hong Kong Disneyland only has one locker size so pick the one option that pops up on the screen.

It’ll then ask you to input a four digit code to open the locker. It’ll ask you to input your code twice, with the order of the numbers shuffling the second time to be sure you enter the right code. Once that’s done, simply swipe your credit card and you’ll receive a receipt telling you which locker is yours. Keep this receipt handy as it’s your only proof that you rented that locker for the day.

Lockers are randomly assigned to you. You cannot pick which locker you will get, although the earlier you rent a locker, the better the location (usually, but not guaranteed). If you’re leaving the park early or decide you don’t need the locker for the rest of the day, remember to end the rental of the locker. To do that, click the end rental button while the locker is open. The color should change from green-yellow to green. Once it does that, you’ve ended your rental of the locker successfully.
If you leave the park and only realize after closing that you forgot things in your locker, head to or call Lost and Found so that they can assist you in claiming your lost belongings. Be sure to have the receipt handy as they may ask for this when claiming your belongings.
